Hat-Tastic Briar Beauty

Ensimmäisenä vieraana teejuhlissa on Briar Beauty suoraan laatikosta. Nuken mukana tulee musta standi ja harja. Ensimmäistä kertaa Briarille on annettu otsahiukset jotka on vedetty vasemmalta oikealle ja ommeltu päähän kiinni pinkillä narulla. (Mitä ihmettä?! Muuten ne sopivat hänelle erinomaisesti.) Otsahiusten etuosassa on paksu, pinkki raita ja muuten ne ovat ruskeat. Oikealta pinkit etuhiukset on kerätty päälaelle poninhännäksi jota pieni ruskea osio päälaelta kannattelee. Vasen puoli pinkkeine raitoineen soljuu vapaana. Latvat on kiharrettu poninhännästä ja etuhiusten latvat on käännetty, muuten hiukset ovat sotkuisen suorat. Ne tulevat saamaan ansaitsemansa kiharat.

The fist guest to the tea party is Briar Beauty straight from the box. The doll comes with black stand and brush. For the first time Briar has bangs, which are gathered from left to right and are sewn to her head with pink string. (What on earth?! Otherwise they fit her so well.) In the front of the bangs there is thick, pink stripe and otherwise it's brown. From the right the pink hair from front is gathered to a ponytail on top of the head from where a small section of brown hair keeps it on place. The left side flows free with it's pink stripe. The end of the hair is curled from the ponytail and the bangs are turned to a wave but otherwise we have box hair. They shall get the curls they deserve.

Tyylilleen uskollisena Briar luottaa pinkkiin luomiväriin ja pinkkiin glitteriin silmien ympärillä. Huulet ovat tällä nukella hieman liian ylhäällä joka saa hänet näyttämään että huulipunaa on vedetty reilusti huulirajojen ulkopuolelle. (Tyylimoka jota Briar ei koskaan tekisi.) Huulipunana on luonnollisesti vahva pinkki.
Pidän siitä että meikki on maltillinen koska Briar kokonaisuutena näyttää hyvin aikuismaiselta. (Se on tuo pillerihattu.) Täten kokonaisuus on hillitty mutta tyylikäs. Hatunhauskoihin juhliin tosin olisin kaivannut ehkä jotain räväkämpää kuin aikuis-Briar.

Faithful to her style Briar trusts to pink eyeshadow and pink glitter around her eyes. The lips are a bit too high on this doll and it makes her look like she would have drawn lipstick way over her natural lips. (Fashion mistake she would NEVER do.) On her lips is naturally hot pink. 
I like that the make up is so muted as Briar in whole looks very adult. (It's that pill hat.) Thus the overall look looks restraint but stylish. To hat-tastic party I would have though hoped something more flashy than adult-Briar. 

Briarin mekko on pinkki purppuralla ristikkoprintillä. Siinä on istuva yläosa, sydänkaula-aukko, musta tylli kaulaan asti ja pinkit tyllihiha rypytykset. Ne vaan tosin sojottaa ylöspäin. (Näyttää miusta hieman oudolta.) Helma on rypytetty ja siihen on lisätty mustia teepannun kuvia. Helman päällä on lievästi rypytetty, edestä avoin, lyhyempi helma. Tämä on valkoinen jossa kulkee mustat piikkiköynnökset reunassa ja sen sisällä on vaaleanpunaisella pohjalla mustia pisteitä, hopeisia teelusikoita sekä etureunassa pinkit ruusut. Vyötäröllä on musta, palmikoitu vyö.

Briar has a pink dress with purple crisscross pattern. It has sitting bodice with sweetheart neckline, black tulle up to neck and pink tulle ruffles as sleeves. They just point up, though, (Looks odd to me.) The hem is gathered and has black teapots in it. Above the hem is another one, shorter and open from front. It's white and has black, thorny vine going near the border. Inside of it is light pink and it has black dots, silver spoons and a pink rose on the front edge. On her waist she has black, braided belt. 

Jaloissa hänellä on mustat verkkosukkahousut ja kenkinä pinkit, edestä epätasaiset ja kannasta rypytetyt korkokengät. Kantana on hopeinen, jalan kaarta myötäilevä spiraalein koristeltu kanta joka kaartuu pieneksi kannaksi, kuin tuolin jalaksi. Edessä on kolme mustaa, leveää nauhaa.
Tuosta möykkyisestä etuosasta en ole ihan niin varma mutta tuo kanta, rypytykset ja nauhat toimivat kauniisti asun kanssa yhteen.

She wears black fishnet stockings and pink, uneven from front and ruffled from heel high heel shoes. The heel is silver with spiral decoration and follows the arch of the foot before making a heel like a leg of a chair.In the front there is three black, wide strap. 
I'm not so sure about that uneven front pattern but the ruffles, silver heel and straps works beautifully in this outfit.

Ensimmäisenä minun huomion vie aina tuo vaaleanpunainen pillerihattu jossa on kolme suurta, pinkkiä ruusua vihreine terälehtineen. Se on kiinnitetty mustaan hiuspantaan. Kaulassa hänellä on hopeinen koru jossa on kaksi riviä; toinen kuin helminauha ja toinen kuin timanttinauha. Keskellä on pinkki ruusu.

At first my attention steals that light pink pill hat with three, big, pink roses and green petals on black headband. On her neck she has a silver necklace that has two layers; first one like pearls and another like a diamond row. On the middle there is a pink rose. 

Hänellä on mustat, roikkuvat korvakorut joissa on kaksi lehteä ja ruusu.

She has black, dropping earrings with two petals and a rose.

Briarilla on mustat käsineet ja reunasta rypytetyt ranteenlämmittimet nyörityksellä jotka toimivat samalla rannekoruina.

Briar has black gloves and wrist warmers with laces and ruffled bottom which works as bracelets too. 

Käsilaukkuna on minusta taas liian aikuismainen (tosin tähän lookkiin sopiva, ehkä ei kuitenkaan tähän linjaan) kukkaromainen laukku. Alaosa on turkoosi pistekoristelulla ja etuosassa on myös narukoristeilla somistettu kukkaro jonka alaosassa on rypytetty nauha. Lukko ja ketju ovat violetteja (pinkillä maalitahralla).

 As a handbag she has once a bit too adult-like purse (which is suitable for this look but I don't think to this line). The bottom is turquoise and decorated with dots. In the front there is also a string as a decoration and there is a ruffle on the bottom. The clasp and chain are violet (with a pink paint stain).

 
Kohteliaana vieraana Briar tuo teetä rakastavalle ystävälleen hänestä muistutavan teepannun. Pohja on vihreä lehti ja pannu on kuin yksi, suuri ruusu. Kahva ja nokka ovat myös vihreitä kuin ruusun varsi. Kansi on yksinkertainen ja irrotettava.

As a polite guest Briar brings a teapot that reminds of her to her tea-loving friend. The bottom is a green leaf and the pot is like a huge, pink rose. Handle and spout are green like the stem of a rose. The lid is simple and removable.

Mitä teepannu olisi ilman yhteensopivaa teekuppia? Mukana tulee myös kaksi pinkkiä ruusun terälehdistä tehtyä teekuppia pinkillä kahvalla. Aluslautanen on vihreä lehti.

What would teapot be without a matching teacup? In the set belongs two pink tea cup made from rose petals with a pink handle. The saucer is a green leaf. 

Hatun Hauskat Juhlat / Hat-tastic Party

Ihmemaan puutarha on menettämässä ihmettään joten Madeline Hatter järjesti siellä hullun hauskat kekkerit jolla saadaan Ihmeen taso taas nousuun.

The Wonderland Grove is losing it's Wonder so Madeline Hatter throws a hat-tastic party to get the Wonder up in the Grove.

Lizzie Hearts nukke / Lizzie Hearts doll

Lizzie Hearts on kolmosaallon viimeinen arvosteltava nukke. Kuten Madelinekin, Lizzie on muita lyhyempi.
Hänellä on pitkät, tuuheat, hieman laineikkaat mustat hiukset ja edessä punaiset hiukset jotka on vedetty keskipään jakauksella kasvojen molemmin puolin. Kruunun sisässä on kaksi puna-mustaa pyörylää antamassa hieman lisäkorkeutta.
Lizzie luottaa väreissä mustaan, punaiseen ja kultaan ja teemana pitää luonnollisesti sydämiä ja kortteja.

Lizzie Hearts is the last doll in review of the third Signature line. Like Madeline, Lizzie is shorter than others. 
She has long, thick, black, wavy hair and in front of her head red hair which is pulled to both sides of her face. Inside the crown there is two black and red buns to give some extra length. 
In colours Lizzie trusts to black, red and gold and her theme stays strongly on hearts and cards.

Lizziellä on siniset silmät ja suloisena yksityiskohtana sydämen muotoinen heijastus silmässä. Hänen silmämeikkinsä oikeassa silmässä on huomaamaton punainen ja harmaa sillä vasemman silmän päälle maalattu suuri, punainen sydän vie huomion. Hänellä on syvän punaiset huulet ja hieman poskipunaa.
Pidän meikistä todella paljon mutta toivoisin että maalattu sydän olisi hiukan syvemmän punainen. Huuliin, kauluriin ja hiuksiin verrattuna se näyttää kulahtaneelta.

Lizzie has blue eyes and as an adorable little detail she has a little white heart in her eye. Her eye make-up on right eye is very subtle, just a bit of red and grey as the big, red heart painted over her left eye steals all the attention. She has deep red lips and a bit of blush. 
I like the make-up a lot but I would hope the heart would be a bit more dark red. Compared to lips, collar and hair it looks faded.

Lizziellä on ihanan yksinkertainen mutta näyttävä mekko joka sopii nuorelle mutta kuitenkin näyttää historialliset vaikutteet. Pohjalla on hihaton, musta, lyhyt, trikoo kotelomekko jossa on punaisella ja kullalla painettuja filigraanisydämiä. Vyötärön sivuilta lähtee kolmikerroksinen, rypytetty helma joka pitenee takaa mekon pituiseksi mutta on edestä lyhyempi. Helmassa on alimmaisena keltainen ja seuraavana punainen tyllikerros. Ylimpänä on keltapunainen salmiakkikuvioinen kangas joka on peitetty kultaisella glitterillä.
Jalassa hänellä on mustat sukkahousut punaisilla, keltareunuksisilla sydämillä.

Lizzie has lovely simple yet showing dress which is youthful but still shows the historical influences. The basic structure is a sleeveless, black, short, jersey sheath dress where is red and golden filigree heart prints. From the sides of her waist starts a ruffled three layered hem which grows as long as the dress from the back but is shorter from front. The lowest layer of hem is yellow and middle one is red tulle. The top fabric is red and yellow diamond print covered with golden glitter. 
She wears also black stockings with red, yellow lined hearts.

Lizzien jalassa olevat kengät olen jo maalannut vastaamaan ohjelmaa, vieressä on toisen julkaisun samat kengät. Ensimmäisen julkaisun kengät eroavat siinä että edessä olevat kortit olivat kultaiset. Muuten kengät ovat samanlaiset punaiset, toiselta sivuilta ja varpaista avoimet koukeroin koristellut korkokengät joiden korko on yksi, suuri herttaässä -kortti.

The shoes Lizzie wears I have already painted to be show accurate, next to them is the same shoes from the second release. The first release shoes differ in that the cards in front were golden. Otherwise the shoes are identical red, open toes and open from the other side, decorated with swirls and the heel is a big ace of hearts card. 

Kruunu on itseasiassa takaa avonainen ja sen reunoissa on piikit joilla sen voi (yrittää) kiinnittää hiuksiin. Väriltään se näyttää tummuneelta kullalta. Kruunussa on kaksirivinen, helmistä tehty keskiosa josta roikkuu helminauhoissa punaisia sydämiä. Ylöspäin nousee kolmella laatalla koristeltu sydän jonka keskeltä nousee pieni piikki. Keskellä laatoissa on pienet, punaiset kivet ja kaksi punaista sydäntä reunoilla. Edessä on vinoneliö punaisine kivineen koristeena. Tämä on minusta kruunujen kruunu. Yksinkertaisesti upea.
Korvakoruina Lizziellä on kultaiset, roikkuvat sydämet joista toinen on hieman korkeammalla kuin toinen.
Hänellä on punainen kauluri joka on kiristetty kaulan ympärille keskiosasta ja leviää alhaalta sydämenmuotoisina kappaleina kaulan ympäri.

The crown is actually open from back and its borders has spikes with what you can (try to) put it in place. It looks like it's made of aged gold. The crown has two rows of pearls in the middle from where drops strands of pearls with a red heart. Upwards goes a heart decorated from three plates and behind it roses a spike. In the middle the plates has small, red stones and two hearts on the sides. In the middle there is diamond shaped box with a red stone in the middle. To me THIS is a crown. It's simply stunning. 
As earrings she has two golden, dropping hearts; the other a bit lower than the other. 
She has a red collar that is tightened around her neck from the middle and from the bottom leaves heart shaped pieces around her neck.

Lizziellä on mustat hansikkaat joiden pitsireunus on sydämiä, ja edessä tippuu pieni ketju jossa on mustia palloja.
Hänellä on myös kultainen sormus jossa on luonnollisestikin neljä ässää.

Lizzie has black gloves with heart-shaped lace and a dropping chain in the front with small, black balls. 
She also has a golden ring where is four aces. 

Käsilaukkuna hänellä on minusta juomapullon näköinen, tummanpunainen sydän vaaleammilla koristekierukoilla. Keskellä on kultainen, oletettavasti nappi, mutta minusta se näyttää korkilta. Hihna on kultainen ja yltää hänen olkapäänsä yli.
Käsilaukkuna tämä on hieman outo mutta juomaleilinä täysi herttaässä.

As a handbag she has a dark red heart with lighter swirls that looks like a drinking bottle to me. In the middle on the top there is perhaps a button but to me it looks like a cork. The strap is golden and goes around her shoulder. 
As a handbag this is a bit weird but as a flagon it's an ace of hearts.

Lizzie Hearts

Lizzie Hearts on Sydän Kuningattaren (parempi suomennos, kiitos?) tytär Liisa Ihmemaassa -sadusta. Lizzie on kotoisin Ihmemaasta mutta kun Paha Kuningatar langetsi kirouksen maan ylle Lizzie oli yksi harvoista jotka pääsivät pakoon. Hän on Kuninkaallinen, hyvin tietoinen asemastaan tulevana kuningattarena ja kaipaa Ihmemaahan kovasti. Hänen on ollut vaikea totuttautua Ever Afterin tapoihin, mutta hän pitää yllä salaista Ihmemaa puutarhaa joka saa hänet aina iloiseksi. Hän harrastaa edelleen krokettia siileillä ja pystyy rakentamaan mitä vain korteista. Hänellä on oma lemmikkisiili nimeltä Shuffle.

Lizzie Hearts is the daughter of Queen of Hearts from the story 'Alice's adventures in Wonderland'. Lizzie is from Wonderland but when the Evil Queen placed a curse on it Lizzie was one of the rare who got away. She is a Royal and very aware of her station of becoming a queen. She misses her homeland awfully lot and had troubles to settle in to Ever After. One thing that keeps her happy is her secret Wonderland garden. She still plays croquet with hedgehogs and can build whatever from cards. She has a pet hedgehog named Shuffle.

Lizzie on komenteleva, itsetietoinen, aina valmis katkomaan päitä ja vaatii paljon ympärilläolijoiltaan. Hänellä on äidiltään saatu korttipakka jossa on ohje jokaiselle päivälle ja jonka mukaan Lizzie yrittää elää pitääkseen äitinsä ylpeänä. Hän kuitenkin haluaa olla ymmärtäväisempi, hiljaisempi ja rauhallisempi kuningatar. Kun hän ei yritä olla kuningatar hän on hieman ujo mutta ystävällinen tyttö joka jopa suunnittelee asuja ja ompelee ne itse.

Lizzie is commanding, self-assertive, always ready to go off with their heads and she demands a lot from those around her. She has a pack of cards from her mother where is an advice for each day and Lizzie tries to live by the cards to make her mother proud. She still would want to be more understanding, silent and calm queen. When she doesn't try to be a queen she is a bit shy but friendly girl who even has eye for fashion and makes outfits herself. 

Lizzie on yksi suosikkihahmoistani. Hänessä on sisällytetty hänen oma kiltti persoona mutta myös tuleva kuningatar saumattomasti. Hän on hyvin syvällinen ja minusta väärinymmärretty hahmo. Hän pystyy olemaan uskomattoman hauska ollessaan oma, vakava, kuningatarmainen itsensä. Hänessä kohtaavat Ihmemaa ja Ever After luovat mielenkiintoisen farssin jonka ytimessä on hienosti kasvava hahmo.

Lizzie is one of my favourite characters. She has her own kind personality but also her Queen of Hearts personality mixed flawlessly. She is a deep and I think misunderstood character. She can be incredibly funny while being her own, serious, queen self. She is mixture of Wonderland and Ever After which makes an interesting farce , and in the middle of it is a greatly growing character. 

Dexter Charming nukke / Dexter Charming doll

Dexter on kolmatta perusnukkien aaltoa ja miehen pituinen, eli yhtä pitkä kuin Hunter (ja Cerise). Hän jatkaa myös perusvaaleiden linjaa. Tässä alkaa jo nähdä että nuket eivät enää ole yksi yhteen ohjelman kanssa; Dexterin ruskeat hiukset ovat pöyhinnästä huolimatta lättänät ja takahiukset ovat pitkät. Edessä kuuluisi olla taltuttamaton pyörre töyhtönä ja takahiukset lyhyet.
Dexter luottaa pitkälti väreissä siniseen, harmaaseen ja mustaan. Toki kultaiset yksityiskohdat kuuluvat kuninkaalliselle.

Dexter belongs to the third Signature line and is the height of a man. That is as long as Hunter (and Cerise). He also continues the line of basic light skinned dolls. Here you start to already see that dolls aren't just like in the show; Dexter's brown hair are flat even though I tried to brush off the gel, and he has (relatively) long hair. In the front there should be unruly swirl as a tuft and his hair should be short from back. 
Dexter trusts  in colours in to blue, grey and black. Of course golden details belong to a royal. 

Dexterillä on kirkkaan siniset silmät ja miehisen tuuheat, ruskeat kulmakarvat yksinkertaisten, hieman neliskanttisten, mustien silmälasien takana. Hänellä on pään ympäri menevä, joka sivulta lievästi ylös nouseva, hyvin yksinkertaisesti koristeltu kruunu jonka edustassa on kivi ja kristallimaisia koristeita sen ympärillä.
Huulet eivät ole luonnossa onneksi noin vahvasti korallilla maalatut.

Dexter has bright blue eyes and thick, manly, brown brows behind his simple, bit squared, black glasses. His crown goes around his head and makes a small, sharp ascent on every side. It's simply decorated and has a stone in front and crystal- like stones around it. 
His lips aren't nature luckily that deeply coloured in coral. 

Dexter pukeutuu siniruudulliseen puvuntakkiin jossa ei ole kinnitystä mutta hieman vyötärön alapuolelta takki lähtee jyrkästi lakeutumaan ja on näin takaa pidempi. Hihoissa on leveät käännökset ja kaulus on suuri ja leveä jota koristaa kultainen nauha reunassa. Rinnassa hänellä on kultainen, pyöreä mitali jossa on tähti, siivet ja roikkuva kivi. Tämä kuvio on heidän perhevaakunassa.
Ohjelmassa takissa olisi valkoiset käännökset kultaisin kalvosinnapein, edessä kolme kultaista napia ja olkapoletit. Myös mitali on hieman erinäköinen.
Dexterillä on kaksinkerroin kaulan ympäri menevä raidallinen, sinivalkoinen huivi ja suorat, harmaat farkut.

Dexter wears a blue suit jacket with darker blue tartan pattern. It doesn't have a closing mechanism but a bit under the waist the coat turns with sharp cut to set behind, where it's longer. The sleeves have wide cuffs and the collar is big and wide and decorated with a golden trim. In his chest he has a round, golden medal with stars, wings and dropping stone. This figure can be found from their family crest. 
In the show the cuffs would be white and have golden cufflinks. In the front there would be three golden button and he would have shoulder tokens. Also the medal looks different. 
He has a blue and white striped scarf going twice around his neck and straight, grey jeans. 

Takin alla Dexterillä on musta hihaton paita sinisellä kohinalta näyttävällä printillä jonka päällä on oransseja Charming - perheen logoja. (Ohjelmassa hänellä on musta paita jossa on yksi iso logo keskellä rintaa.)
Olen silti iloinen että paita on oma, erillinen vaatekappaleensa. (Pahoittelut sotkuisesta hiuksista, hän nousi juuri nokosilta.)

Under the jacket Dexter has a sleeveless black shirt with blue static print and orange Charming logo prints. (In the show his shirt is black and has only one logo on his chest.) 
I'm still really happy this is a separate shirt. (Sorry for the messy hair, he just got up from nap.)

Farkut on tungettu kenkien sisään jotta kengät näkyisivät paremmin. Ne ovat korkeavartiset, siniset tennarit valkoisella pohjalla ja kärjellä. Nuo nauhat haluan kyllä maalata valkoisiksi myös.

The jeans are tucked inside the shoes to show them off better. They are high from ankle, blue sneakers with white bottom and front. Those laces I want to paint white as well. 

   
Asia jonka unohdin Hunterilla näyttää ja jonka toivoisin tytöillekin; LIIKKUVAT NILKAT! Miten ihana olisi pitää tytöillä sandaaleja!

One thing I forgot to show with Hunter and which I hope the girls would have; MOVING ANKLES! How lovely it would be to keep sandals with the girls!

  
Dexterillä on kultainen avainketju kolmessa kerroksessa. Alimmassa ketjussa on Charmingien logo, toisessa sama mitali joka hänellä on rinnassakin ja kolmannessa on pieni kello.

Dexter has a golden key chain in three levels. The lowest chain hols the family logo, the second keeps the same medal he has on his chest and uppermost has a small clock. 

Dexterillä on musta, suuri koulureppu (joka muistuttaa minusta lähinnä pienoisrinkkaa) mustalla hihnalla jolla sen voi viskata hänen olalle. Sinä on kahva yläosassa ja reppu suljetaan nyöreillä jonka päälle tulee läppä jonka saa soljella kiinni. (Reppu itsessään ei kuitenkaan ole aukeava.) Repussa on myös suuri etutasku ja sivutaskut sekä kiinnitysrenkaita. Reppu on ilmiselvästi ollut kovalla käytöllä sillä siinä on joko paikkoja tai kulumia. Repussa on koristeina smiley, nouseva aurinko sekä miekka ja kirves -napit, perheen logo ja koulun logo.

Dexter has big, black school bag (that to me looks more like a small outdoors backbag.) with a black strap with which you can throw it to his back. It has a handle on top and it's closed with ropes inside and with a flap on top that is buckled close. (The bag itself doesn't open.) The backbag has also a big front pocket with flap and two buckle closings, side pockets and multiple shackles. The bag has been used a lot as it's either patched or worn out from several places. As decoration the bag has a smiley, rising sun and sword and an axe buttons, family logo and school logo. 

Dexter Charming

Dexter Charming on Kuningas Charminging poika ja Daring ja Darling Charming:n veli. Saduthan ovat tulvillaan hurmaavia prinssejä joten heitä tarvitaan paljon. Dexter on kuninkaallinen ja vailla yksityiskohtaista kohtaloa. Charming:it ovat kuitenkin yksi tärkeimmistä ja kuninkaallisimmista suvuista Ever Afterissa (onhan joka puolin täydellinen Daring alunperin luvattu Apple White:n prinssiksi) joten on vain odotettavissa että Dexter saa suuren tarinan prinssin roolin.

Dexter Charming is the son of King Charming and brother of Daring and Darling Charming. The fairytales are filled with charming princes so they need a lot of them. Dexter is a Royal without a specific destiny. The Charming family is though one of the most important and royal families of Ever After (and the perfect Daring Charming is promised as Apple White's prince) so it's only expected that Dexter will have a big story prince role.

Dexter on ujo ja epävarma sillä hän ei ole luontaisesti paras kaikessa ja vertaa itseään jatkuvasti täydelliseen veljeensä. Hän on hyvin älykäs ja lahjakas teknisten asioiden kanssa. Hän on myös avulias, empaattinen ja toivoton romantikko. Dexterillä on syvän siniset silmät jotka lumoaisivat tytön kuin tytön mutta hän piilottelee silmälasiensa takana jatkuvaan eikä ole tietoinen tästä ominaisuudestaan.

Dexter is shy and insecure as he isn't naturally best at everything and compares himself to his perfect brother all the time. He is very smart and gifted with technical stuff. He is also helpful, emphatic and a hopeless romantic. Dexter has deep blue eyes that would charm any girl but as he hides them behind his glasses he isn't aware of this trait.

Dexter on minun mieleen juurikin koska on ujo nörtti. (Eikä se ole lainkaan pahitteeksi että hän on prinssi.) Voisin hyvin kuvitella jos olisin vielä lapsi että olisin ihastunut Dexteriin ja ajattelisin että hänen kaltainen prinssi joku päivä tulisi valkoisella ratsulla vastaan.
Hahmona Dexter on hyvin moniulotteinen ja hienosti tehty alusta pitäen. Hänen kehityksensä on hidasta, enemmän vain näemme eri puolia hänestä mutta varsinaista kasvua ei tapahdu.

Dexter is my kind of guy because he is a shy nerd. (And it's not a bad thing he happens to be a prince.) I could easily think if I was still a child or teen I'd have a crush on Dexter and would think his kind of prince would some day come with his white horse. 
As a character Dexter is very full and complex and well made from the start. His development however is slow, we mostly just see more sides and layers of him but actual character growth hasn't happened. 

Kohtalopäivä Madeline Hatter / Legacy day Madeline Hatter

Palataanpa vielä kohtalopäivään kun Maddien uudet kuvat on otettu.

Madeline Hatter on ainut Kohtalopäivä nukke jolla ei ole viittaa. Hänellä on sen sijaan hyvin runsas ja yksityiskohtainen asu. Hiukset ovat suoraan laatikosta joten ovat hyvin sotkuiset. Tulen muokkaamaan ne vastaamaan ohjelmassa nähtyä kampausta.
Etuhiukset on pään keskeltä pyöräytetty hatun alle poninhännälle, loput hiukset on vedetty pään päälle poninhännälle ja kiharrettu.

Let's return to Legacy Day once more as Maddies new pictures are ready.

Madeline Hatter is the only Legacy Day doll without a cape. Instead she has very full and detailed outfit. Her hair are straight out of box so they are quite messy. I will make them look more like the hairdo in the webisode.
Her fronthair is rolled from the front of her head under the hat to a ponytail and rest is gathered on top of her head to a ponytail and curled. 

Maddien meikki on mukavan luonnollinen ja lähellä hänen perusnukkensa meikkiä. Hänellä on pinkkiä ja lilaa luomiväriä ja glitteriä kulmakarvoihin asti. Hänen huulipuna on vaaleanpunaista.

Maddies make-up is nice, natural and close her Signature make-up. She has pink and lilac eyeshadow, glitter up to the brows and light pink lips. 
She has adorable, blue ring that's a teacup, platter and spoon. 

Madelinella on takki jossa on jakku ja edestä avoin hame samassa. Jakku on kullalla ja sinisellä raidoitettu, kyynärpituisin, olkapäistä puhvitetuin hihoin joiden päässä on purppura-kultaiset rypytykset. Jakussa on avoin etumus ja mustasta sametista tehty huivikaulus. Hameosio on neljässä päällekkäisessä, rypytetyssä kerroksessa joista alin yltää nilkkoihin ja ylin on hyvin lyhyt. Alin kerros on musta-kultaista tylliä jonka päällä on läpinäkyvä, purppurainen kerros kultaisin koukerokoristein. Tämän päällä on sama purppura-kultainen kangas kuin hihoissakin ja ylimpänä on kultainen verkkokangas ommeltuna kiinni samaan tylliin josta alin kerros on tehty.

Madeline has a jacket which has a blazer and a skirt open from the front in the same. The blazer is blue and gold striped with elbow length sleeves puffed from the shoulders. In the end of sleeves there is purple and gold ruffles. The blazer has open front under bust and a wide scarf collar made of black velvet. The skirt is ruffled, four layered, all longer than the other. The longest one is up to the ankles from behind and is made of black and golden tulle. The next is see through purple fabric with golden swirls. Top of that is the same purple and gold fabric that the sleeves has and on top of it all is golden net sewn to the same black tulle that is in the bottom.  

Takin alla Maddiella on vaalean kultainen, hihaton neuletoppi ja siniset polvihousut kimaltavin, pinkein pilkuin. Hänellä on mustat hansikkaat joissa on laaja, valkoinen, koristereunuksinen hihansuu joissa on kaksi nappia ja pinkki rusetti.

Under the coat Maddie has white and golden sleeveless, knitted top and blue, knee high trousers with shiny, pink dots. She has black gloves with wide, white ruffle with two buttons and a pink bow. 
Have I already said that I LOVE this coat?

Nämä housut saavat aikaan migreenin jos niitä katsoo liian pitkään. Ne on hauskat ja Maddielle sopivat ja mukava lisä pelkkiin mekkoihin.
Asuun kuuluu myös valkoiset polvisukat (jotka pysyvät ylhäällä erittäin hyvin jos ajattelee esim. Cedar Woodin sukkia) joissa on edessä ja sivuilla kaksi riviä kultaisia palloja, toisessa suurempia, toisessa pienempiä. Söpöt!

These pants give you migraine if you look them too long. They are fun and fitting Maddie's personality well and great in between all the skirts. 
The outfit also has white knee high socks (which stays up very well compared to Cedar Woods socks) which has two rows of golden dots in the front and on both sides. The other row has bigger dots and other smaller ones. Cute!

Kengissä huomio kiinnittyy heti korkoihin jotka tekevät nämä kengät. Pinotut kultaiset, musta, sininen ja purppura kahvikuppi toimivat niin korkona kuin kantana ja pysyy uskollisena Maddien tyylille. Tällä kertaa kun kankaissa ei ollut yhtään teeviitettä. Muuten kengät ovat hyvin peruskorkokengät; tummennetut kultaiset, pyöreä varvasosa, kiekuroita ja hihna.  

In the shoes the attention is pulled immediately to the heels that makes these shoes. Piled up golden, black, blue and purple teacups works as heel and part of the shoe staying true to Maddies style. This time the fabrics had no tea references. Otherwise the shoes are really basic; darkened gold, rounded toe, swirly decoration and a strap.

Hattu on ihanan iso ja on koristeltu samoin kiekuroin kuin kengätkin, paitsi vahvemmin. Hatussa on sininen vyö jossa on pallokuviointi (jonka pallot pitäisi olla purppurat, kuten hatunkin) ja helmisolki (jonka kuuluisi olla valkoinen. Sanon vain koska tulen maalaamaan nämä vastaamaan ohjemaa.). Vyöhön on sujautettu kortti joka pilkistää sen alta. Hattu on kiinnitetty mustaan hiuspantaan

The hat is adorably big and decorated with same swirls as the shoes, only stronger. The hat has a blue belt with ball print (the balls should be purple like the hat too) and a pearl buckle (which should be white. Just saying as I will paint these to match the show.). The belt has a card underneath it peeking out. The hat is secured in a black headband. 

Korvakoruina Maddiella on helminauhassa roikkuvat pienet teepannut. (Nämäkin tulen maalaamaan. Helmien kuuluu olla valkeita ja pannujen sini-kultaisia.)
Kaulassa on hyvin koristeellinen ja runsas purppura röyhelökaulus. Keskellä on kultainen, suuri ja koristeellinen koru josta nelikerroksinen röyhelö tummine reunoineen tippuu.

As earrings Maddie has little teapots in pearl strands. (I'll paint these too. The pearls are supposed to be white and pots blue and gold.)
Around her neck she has a purple, very big purple ruffled neck. In the center of the upper part is a big, golden, very decorated brooch from which the four layered ruffles with dark edges drops. 

Käsilaukkuna huomaamattani olen kuvannut huonompaa puolta mutta hänellä on jättimäinen, valkoinen teepussi pinkeillä koukeroilla. Kahvaosasta lähtee samanlainen musta nyöri kuin käsiosakin on jonka päässä on käsilaukun väreissä oleva teepussin etiketti.

As a handbag she a huge, white teabag with pink swirls. I have shot the worse side but it has the same kind of strap leaving for handle as for the label on side of the bag, which is same coloured and decorated like the bag. 

Madelinen avain on kultainen ja koristeltu pienellä teekupilla ja jollain joka näyttää silmältä. Ja koukeroilla tietysti.

Madelines key is golden and decorated with a small teacup and something that looks like an eye. And witch swirling things of course.

"Oh! Älkää vaan kertoko Rehtori Grimmille että avasin jo oman kirjani! Se vain aukesi!"

"Oh! Don't tell Headmaster Grimm I opened mine already. It just opened!"

Maddien kirja on yhtä paksu kuin muillakin tämän sarjan nukeilla eli puolet ensimmäisen Kohtalopäivä nuken kirjasta. Maddien kirja on purppura mustin reunakoristein ja keskellä oleva peili on paksun, mustan koristelun keskellä ja sen päällä on sininen hattu.

Maddies book is as thick as others in this line, so half of the first Legacy Day books. Maddies book is purple with black lining on borders. The mirror in front is placed inside a black blob which has a blue hat on top of it.

Poppy O'Hair nukke / Poppy O'Hair doll

Poppy O'Hair on perusnukkien kolmosaaltoa ja tulee kaksoissiskonsa Hollyn kanssa samassa paketissa. Poppy on perusvaalea ja peruspituinen. Hänellä on samanväriset vaalean kuparit hiukset kuin sisarellaankin, mutta hän on leikannut ne lyhyiksi ja epäsymmetrisiksi. Vasen puoli on lyhyempi ja vedetty geelillä taakse, jakaus on vasemmalla puolen ja oikea puoli pitenee nopeasti hartiapituiseksi teräväksi kärjeksi. Päällyshiukset jakauksesta oikealle on värjätty violeteiksi.
Poppyn värit ovat musta, pinkki ja violetti ja kuten sisarensakin hän koristaa teemaansa leteillä mutta myös niiteillä, ketjuilla ja saksilla.

Poppy O'Hair is third wave from basic dolls and comes with her twin sister Holly in the same package. Poppy is basic height and light. She has the same strawberry blonde hair colour as her sister but she has cut them asymmetrical and short. The left side is shorter and pulled back with gel, parting is on the left side and the right side gets longer quick to a sharp spike in front. The top of the hair from the parting to the right is dyed violet. 
Poppy's colours are black, pink and violet and like her sister her theme goes around braids. She also adds rivets, chains and scissors to that theme. 

Kaksoissisaret yhdessä. Holly tosin tulee kultaisen harjan ja standin kanssa, Poppylla molemmat ovat hopeiset.

The twin sisters united. Holly though comes with golden brush and stand while Poppy have silver ones. 

Poppylla on turkoosin vihertävät silmät ja kiiltävän pinkki ja violetti luomiväri sekä pinkit huulet. Verrattuna Holly nukkeen Poppyn kulmakarvat näyttävät maalatuilta kun taas Hollyn näyttävät painetuilta.

Poppy has turquoise-green eyes and shiny, light pink and violet eyeshadow and pink lips. Compared to Holly -doll Poppy's eyebrows look painted where Holly's look printed. 
Even though Poppy is royal heritage she doesn't use crown or tiara. She uses a pink, tied scarf as a headband.

Poppy kietoutuu jättimäiseen, harmaaseen huiviin jossa on pinkki unikko, hakaneula, violetti ketju ja pienet sakset rintaneulana. Sen alla hänellä on empiremekko jonka etuosan sivut ovat mustat ja keskusta pinkki. Mekossa on pinkit tyllistä tehdyt raglanhihat joissa on nyöritys-printti edessä ja takana. Helmaosa on violetista pinkkiin väriä vaihtava kangas jossa on palmikko printti ja hopeisia saksia sekä... noh, länttejä. Vyötäröllä hänellä on musta, nahkainen, palmikoitu vyö jonka etuosassa on ristikkäiset nyörit.

Poppy intertwines into a huge, grey scarf which has a pink poppy, safety pin, violet chain and small scissors as brooch. Underneath she has an empire dress with black front sides and pink front. It has pink tulle raglan sleeves with lacing print in front and back. The hem switches from violet to pink and has a braid printing and silver scissors and blots on it. On the waist she has black, leather, braided belt with crossing laces.

Poppylla on mustat legginsit joiden sivut ovat mustaa tylliä joissa on punainen nyöritys. Miksei tällaisia legginssejä (tai sukkahousuja) löydy oikeassa elämässä paksummille aikuisille? Nämä ovat ihanat!
Poppyn kengät ovat pinkit bootsit joita hän ei ole vaivautunut nyörittämään ylös asti. Korot ovat hopeiset ja niissä on sakset. 

Poppy has black leggings which sides are black tulle with red lacing print. Why this kind of leggings (or pantyhose) aren't made in real life for bigger adults? I love these! 
Poppy's shoes are pink boots that she hasn't bothered to lace all the way up. The heels are silver and decorated with scissors.

Poppylla on hopeiset saksikorvakorut joista vasemmasta lähtee kaksi ketjua ylemmäksi korvaan ja kiinnittyy renkailla korvanlehteen. 

Poppy has silver scissors earrings. The left has two chains leaving to upper ear where it's held by two rings. 

Poppyn saksimania jatkuu sormuksessa; kyllä, se on hopeiset sakset. Rannekoruna hänellä on violetti hiuspompula (ihana yksityiskohta!), hopeinen letitetty naru sekä niittiranneke josta lähtee hopeisia ketjuja.

Poppy's scissors mania continues in her ring; yes, it's silver scissors! As bracelet she has violet bobble (loving it as a detail!), silver braided string and rivet bracelet with dropping silver chains. 

Poppyn käsilaukku on hiusstylistin musta nahkalaukku mustalla, letitetyllä nyörillä. Kassissa hänellä on pinkki krokotiilin leuat, hopeiset sakset ja violetti kampa. 

Poppy's handbag is hairstylists black, leather bag with black, braided strap. In it she has pink crocodile jaws, silver scissors and violet comb.
